Rudy DiBiasi Memorial Guestbook

Comments:
Dear Cousin Rudy-- This is a belated note. I just saw your brother at Joey Labate's service and was reminded strongly of the many happy times we all shared at your house when we were kids. Godspeed to you.

Sorry we were unable to make the memorial service. I know you are in a better place, but you will be missed. I think back at all the fun times we all had when we were young. Time goes too fast. Rest in Peace, and say hello to "The skinny Kid" Love Diane & Rob

Rudy and the DiBiasi's have treated me as family for as long as I can remember, from my childhood on Flatlands 10th St onwards. He was a kind and generous man with both his love and time, he will not only be missed by his family and friends who saw him often, but by the greater of those who had the privilege to know him at all.

Rudy Kazootie, and I (Dopy Opie) were best of friends and first cousins. Our "nick names" lived on beyond our youth. On Rudy’s birthday October 9th 2011 I called him, to wish him Happy Birthday, my first words were, "Rudy Kazootie, he'd reply back, "Dopy Opie", with a laugh. We grew up across the street from each other and had a close tight family bond. Although in our adult years there were many miles between us we kept in touch. Rudy has a place in my heart that will always be. I am so sadden to have lost my cousin, but so grateful to have had Rudy in my life. I have so many fond memories of growing up with my cousin, Rudy Kazootie. I love you cousin and will miss you dearly. Opie

Cousin Rudy....I at a complete loss for words. It is incredibly rare to come across a person like you and yet I had the pleasure of having you as part of my family. I cannot remember an occasion where your name comes up that a smile isn't instantaneous. Anytime, anyplace anywhere...whomever needed you, you were there regardless...you were there. Thank you for being a part of my life and touching so many along the way. I will do my part in trying to carry on the incredible love of family and life you have....what a gift you have been to all of us.
